MNO is the second week of each month unless a special event calls for a different week. Sign up
to host at the meetings.
Mothers Of The Month
To nominate those moms who help make our chapter so special, fill out a nomination slip at the next
meeting.
Membership Renewals:
Please send renewal forms, new member forms, and all fees directly to National. The national organization
will then send our part of your fee to our 135 Treasurer. Thank You!!
Movie Night:
Movie night is held once a month on a Monday or Tuesday during the first or forth week of the month.
See the sign up sheet for dates. The hostess and chick-flick movie for the month will be listed in the newsletter.
The hostess is required to provide a light snack and beverages.
Project Night
Come join us and bring your favorite craft or project to work on. Project night is usually held
the last Monday of the month at 7pm.

Playgroup
Anyone can sign up to host playgroup. You can choose to have it at your house or at a park, beach,
etc. Just sign up for a week on the large calendar. You will be responsible for contacting the participants with
the time and location.

Combined meeting
discussing "The Kommandant's Girl" by Pam Jenoff, and
“Practically
Perfect in Every Way: My Misadventures Through the World of Self Help” by
Jennifer Niesslin. Jennifer is the editor of BrainChild magazine. (Shari thinks the book is very clever!)
When picking books, we try to pick 2 months in advance. Book suggestions are put in a box and
a title is drawn. The person that suggested that book will host the meeting for that book. You don't have to read
a book to be a part of the group; join us anytime.
Fundraisers
Leo's Coney Island: August 17
The fundraiser with Kroger cards has changed. Now when you use your Kroger discount card, and have it registered under
Mothers and More, we receive 25% back of what we spend. Please contact Kerri for instructions on registering your card to
our group, or you can go to the website where that information has been added. You
can either do it online or use the barcode assigned to our group and register at the store. This is an easy way to fundraise
for our group as well as it being an on-going fundraiser for us. If you have
any questions regarding this, please contact Kerri.
